Below you will find all the information needed as a prospective Merchant of Michigan Fantasy Festival.

RAIN OR SHINE✨ Fantasy Fest is an outdoor festival. Each Merchant is expected to provide their own table, chairs and tent during the course of the event. Although this is an outdoor event, you will have access to indoor facilities during the weekend including bathrooms and a bar to purchase refreshments as needed.
FANTASY ATTIRE✨ In the spirit of Fantasy Fest, we would love our vendors to dress to the theme. While not required, we hope to provide an immersive experience for guests and firmly believe that the more people keeping with the spirit of the event will tempt guests to stay longer and peruse our merchants’ wares.
SECURITY✨ While Merchants may leave things at their booth during the event weekend, we recommend that those items are secured in watertight totes beneath their tables and that any pop up tents you bring be firmly staked in the ground as inclement weather on the lake could effect left items.
While the area will be patrolled overnight, we cannot guarantee security of items so please use your best judgment.
FESTIVAL WEEKEND ✨
Friday- This year we will have access to the VFW grounds the day before festival to allow Merchants to set up early. Schedule details coming soon:
Upon check in with staff you will receive the following:
- Merchant booth location
- Raffle tickets (for every $20 spent by patrons at your booth)
- An itinerary/map of the weekends activities
- Two merchant wristbands per 10×10 booth. (These wristbands will allow you come in an out of the festival at your discretion for the weekend.)
Due to parking restrictions, cars will not be free to exit and reenter the Merchant parking lot after the event has started.
